Ardon's Flooring is owned and operated by Jose Joventino Ardon out of 719 E 9th St in Los Angeles. When you call, you talk to Jose. When the crew shows up, Jose is on the job. There is no sales office between you and the person doing the work.

That matters for flooring more than most trades. A floor only looks good if the subfloor under it is flat, dry and solid, and that is the part nobody sees. We take the time to prep it right, we keep the job site clean, and we do not leave until every transition, baseboard and stair nosing is finished.

We work in homes, apartments, condos and small commercial spaces across LA County, and we are happy to work with material you have already bought.

From first call to final walkthrough

Free in-home estimate

We come out, measure, check the subfloor and moisture, look at samples with you and give you a written price. No pressure.

Removal, prep and install

Old flooring comes out, the subfloor gets leveled and repaired, and the new floor goes in on the dates we agreed on.

Finish and walkthrough

Baseboards, transitions and cleanup. We walk the floor with you before we call the job done.

Can I buy my own material?

Yes. Many customers buy flooring themselves from a supplier or big-box store. We can also help you pick material and bring samples to the estimate.

How long does an install take?

It depends on square footage, how much prep the subfloor needs and the material. We give you a schedule with the estimate and stick to it.

Do you work in condos and apartments?

Yes. We handle HOA sound-rating underlayment requirements, elevator and parking logistics, and building work-hour rules.
